Personal ObservationsTexas does a good job posting signs at historical markers, so it was easy to find. The marker is on the north side of a quiet road (Farm to Market, turn east at San Saba street in Menard, Texas). The Predideo is west of town. Both are adjacent to the Saba River. | Artwork pending. |

 My Mustang, that lives a few miles from California Mission San Fernando, visits a Mission in Central Texas. |
 Not only does Texas post signs opposite historic markers making them easy to find, but also a sign a mile in advance. |
